Powdered-white sand, turquoise water, a majestic sunset, and a refreshing sea breeze make Boracay one of the Asia's top beach destinations. These are qualities that inspired partners and old friends. Juan Elizalde and Paolo Occhionero to open up Aria - a trendy authentic Italian restaurant back in April 2003. Since then, it has gained recognition as a top Boracay destination because of its excellent cuisine and impeccable service. In 2011, the partners opened Aria Gelato, completed the Italian dining experience with creamy gelato, made fresh daily.
The Product
Cool, creamy, and smooth gelato is a favorite on the beach. Aria Gelato offers a full range of over 16 delicious flavors made the traditional way, daily. From classic flavors such as vaniglia (vanilla), nocciola (hazelnut), and pistacchio, thrown in with local flavors such as calamansi and ripe mango, visitors can gelato served by scoop, in shakes, smoothies, or special Chef's Creations such as Tartufo Deluxe, Affogato, and Gelato Spaghetti. Aria Gelato throughout the year's have come up with new products such as on-sticks, cookies and cakes.

Located beside Aria Cucina Italiana at the beachfront of D'mall of Boracay, the island's center of commerce. Aria Gelato's eye-catching display of colorful and creamy gelatos is a magnet for dessert lovers young and old alike. Whether one scoop or two, each customers walks away from the stand with an authentic Italian desert made fresh daily - the traditional way.
